Absent (3): Hayden Bernard, Anthony Conley, and Kamal Hassan

[6:38 pm] Declan Floyd gave a report from Sen. Portantino's office (SD-25).
[6:40 pm] Anthony Conley arrived at the meeting
[6:45 pm] Quenton Richards nominated Cathy Hood as Outreach Chair. Micheal Tessler nominated Alison Brotherton as Outreach Chair.
[7:06 pm] The Board appointed Alison Brotherton as chair of the Outreach committee.
[7:08 pm] On agenda item 6.g., Kali Mutty made a motion to "Establish an ad-hoc Office Committee"
[7:08 pm] Cathy Hood left the meeting
[7:09 pm] The assembly voted on a motion to: "Establish an ad-hoc Office Committee"
