[6:18 pm] On agenda item 7, Damien Burke made a motion to "Find that Laura Graves is qualified to fill the HSDNC Board Seat as a resident of Neighborhood 1 and recommend that the HSNDC appoint her to that seat."

[6:25 pm] Kate Pynoos announced that she had been working with SELAH and CHNC on outreach with the homeless in and near the HSDNC.
