[7:06 pm] John Sierra announced that Jonathan Bailey has resigned from the Board. The board currently has five vacancies.
[7:07 pm] On agenda item D, a motion was made to "Approve the minutes"
[7:07 pm] The assembly voted on a motion to: "Approve the minutes"

[7:34 pm] The assembly voted on a motion to: "Approve the HSDNC Board agenda as amended."
