LA county-wide case management, housing placement, systems management (like Zillow). Barriers: rent cost and negotiable rent with landlords (Section 8 and low-income tenants). Tenants who are placed in housing receive ongoing case management. Housing available: roommate matching for single adults; housing for families. Editar
