Approximately 10 minutes 16 Discussion and possible action to approve a Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG)up to $5000.00 to Mission Community Police Council to assist with the overall cost of the Mission Foot Pursuit 5K on November 8, 2026 Most of the cost will be covered by sponsorship, allowing the participants and their families as well as any community member to enjoy the event free of cost. Funds raised from the run are used to help with the general costs of the program to benefit youth. Cadet Program. The event will be held at Davis Training on facility on November 8, 2026 from check-in at 6am till completion at around 12pm. Approximately 10 minutes 17 Discussion and possible action to approve a Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG) up to $500.00 to ONEgeneration to support for their 3rd Annual Fall Senior Center Health Fair on Friday, November 6, 2026 from 9-12pm This free community event will provide an opportunity for older adults, adults with disabilities, family caregivers, and community members to connect with local vendors and organizations that offer valuable resources, services, support and lunch. NPG will assist with costs associated with rentals, including canopies, tables, and chairs, printing costs and entertainment. The Health Fair will be held at the Robert M. Wilkinson Multi-Purpose Senior Center, located at 8956 Vanalden Ave., Northridge, CA 91324.
