[6:41 pm] Meeting called to order. Quintus Jett presiding.
[6:41 pm] The roll was called.
Present (7): Jace Dawson, Angela	Gilbert, Quintus Jett, Blake Lynch, Brian Piatek, Juilio Valdez, and Richard Williams
Absent (7): Dorsay Dujon, Steven Meeks, Tora Miller, Brandy A. Robinson, Connye Thomas, VACANT , and VACANT

[6:41 pm] Meeting is not at quorum but board will take public comment, government official comment, and read committee reports. 
[6:43 pm] Arrion Sanchez - Annual Holiday Gathering at Vineyard Rec on Dec 15th - Potluck and  Activities for children 6-8p

Tracy - Octaviano not here. Upset that we dont have a quorum. How many meetings until board is in extreme measures. 

Josephine Thompson - Feels unsafe with so many RVs into Clyde near freeway. Neighbors witness drug transactions and breakins. 
[6:50 pm] CD 10 Field Deputy Johnathan Mitchell - 
Meeting with Public Works department regarding all of the lights out in the district. CD10 worked to get a list of all the lights and complaints to the department.  In the mean time they are having increased patrols in CD10. 

Working with DOT to enforce parking during street sweeping and as well as no oversized vehicles. 

[6:58 pm] Board member Dawson recommended that CD10 should host a town hall style conversation with NC boards within her district.  

Board Member Jett mentioned that Heather Hutt has never visited this neighborhood council. 

Board Member Piatek also share he is not pleased with that Heather Hutt has not visited. 
[7:08 pm] CD10 is hosting a Turkey Drive on December 9th looking for volunteers to help give out. 

Jace Dawson - Unit Fellowship Church

11/21  hosting a turkey drive. 
Every Tuesday hand out free groceries to families 

Can we host a special meeting for people interested in joining a committee. 

Finance Committee meeting land use meeting will be scheduled. 


The neighborhood council counts abstentions as yes votes.
