4 WANC Activity Reports, including but limited to subcommittees and individual board  member activities 
4.1 WANC Board vacancies: Education Representative, expiring 2027; Business Representative, expiring 2027. At-Large Representative, expiring 2029. 

4.2 Subcommittees: Executive, Finance, Land Use, Outreach, Public Safety, Rules, Youth & Education. Survey sent and all board members should sign up as our bylaws state that each board member is required to select and join at least one (1) standing committee within 45 days of becoming a board member.

7.1 Presentation, discussion and  Motion to approve class 2 conditional use permit for the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the museum of ice cream 
7.2 Illegal Dumping and 311 Awareness Campaign 
7.3 NPGs for Intersectional Arts DBA Sovern LA ( 5757 West Adams Blvd)
