Memorial Celebration honoring Joy P. Atkinson (Board of Neighborhood Commissioner, South LA) will take place on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the California African American Museum.

1. Discussion to approve proposed 2026 amendments to WANC ByLaws, arising from recent Rules subcommittee and Board & Stakeholders, for submission before April 1,2026 and review by EmpowerLA.
• Clarifications re: President and Vice President
• Quorum as above 50% of non-vacant seats
2. Considered whole board and individual board member actions to contribute towards City of Los Angeles Charter Reform recommendations https://reformlacharter.lacity.gov, under consideration by the Los Angeles City Council. 

7 New Business
a. Consideration to approve a WANC Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG) NTE $1,000 for EnrichLA https://www.enrichla.org, a local school garden nonprofit organization, in order its garden program at Cienega Elementary School.
b. Discussion and considered action on WANC vice-president position.

8 Discussion of upcoming WANC public business meetings and agenda
