[11:24 pm] Stakeholder stopped in so we spent time talking about what neighborhood councils are 
[11:32 pm] RETREAT - Update on anticipated FY2026-2027 calendar and budget. Meetings 3rd mondays of every month except on holiday. 

Election Chair  Connye - Jan 28th 2027. Candidate filing ends March 29th, Ballots will be mailed on May 8th and will be turned in by May 24th election day is June 12th 2027 - City will handle the election but we will be in support and help work and support polling. 80 volunteers will be paid per location - everything is on line to sign up for a poll worker - if you want a ballot online. Admin city clerk , empower LA will give us fliers. Empower LA can go out and help us - election division can get to events so let the know. election committee will be needed 

[11:48 pm] 4x per year canvass w approved vendors. text messages & emails, big outreach event for the end of the year - voices NC 
[12:02 pm] funds for in-person added to budget - $20k to outreach + elections. $48,116.65 unofficial budget
