Budget Advocate - Letter from the mayor, cutting 5-10%. DONE can no longer pay mileage 
Firefighters getting released unless measure passes 

[6:46 pm] Richard Williams arrived at the meeting
[6:47 pm] Jefferson and Patomic - Burglary last week. stakeholder is working with local law enforcement. request to let WANC know how they can help. 
[6:49 pm] Update from DONE on training. 
[6:54 pm] From DONE - 2 people have expired ethics - can't vote , and funding training might not be updated on the website. Daniel Johnson will help sort though funding so we can vote.

[7:09 pm] Mailing address discussion since it is outside of our area - wanting to move this to new address near La Brea and Washington
[7:10 pm] On agenda item 5b, Quintus Jett made a motion to "Approval to switch WANC’s mailing address near La Brea and Washington to a mailing address at the UPS Store (Zip Code 90016) within our boundary area near La Cienega and Jefferson not to exceed $525 per year"
[7:12 pm] 5b discussion - 300 pre rollover, now its going to be $525. 

Issue and why we have to move it is because someone who isn't on the board anymore is assigned as the owner of the address. Only one person can be added so this is an issue. We want to have an address within our boundaries that is more accessible. 24h access will be at the new address. Mail will also be stored at the counter for easy access

[7:20 pm] UME works discussion to prep us for this fiscal year 
[7:21 pm] On agenda item 5, Quintus Jett made a motion to "Approval of UmeWorks’ continuation as our FY2026-2027 vendor for website hosting, software licensing, and updates NTE $1,200 annually."
[7:24 pm] discussion around the plug-in. just get UME works to do the standard for what they do for other NCs. 
[7:26 pm] discussion on if the $1200 is enough, we might need to increase UME works over time.
