[1:14 pm] The roll was called.
Present (4): Quintus Jett, Blake Lynch, John Ma, and Brian Piatek
Absent (1): Dorsay Dujon

[1:15 pm] Blake Lynch made a motion to "Approve the January Agenda to be shared with Public & D.O.N.E"
[1:46 pm] The assembly voted on a motion to: "Approve the January Agenda to be shared with Public & Done"
Ayes (4): Quintus Jett, Blake Lynch, John Ma, and Brian Piatek
Noes (0): none
The motion passed.

[1:53 pm] Blake will take over sending email blasts and web content updates to help reduce costs from UME Works 
[1:53 pm] Board needs to create process for collecting meeting minutes  

[1:55 pm] Pastor Raymond shared the Board Member Meeks shared over a design for the community shower project. 

[1:57 pm] Pastor Raymond shared that there are 2 Cert Boxes at West Adams Church of Christ that have been stored there for 1 year.
