Asked IF THE COMMITTEE COULD PUT TOGETHER A REPORT OF IMPACT SB79 which increases density and allows MTA to fund or build properties on their unused land. 

Dipti: so many empty spots in our neighborhood wants to know why and what business development is in process. We don’t have a lot of parks or library. Wants to know what NC has advocated for

Paul C thinks WANC should place FAQs on the website about 
[6:47 pm] Old Business: Ice Cream Committee request was approved but WANC hasn’t sent planning committee our BAC on the subject.

[7:03 pm] Board member Blake Lynch proposed that we reevaluate the  2022 WANC Development Guidelines to be in better alignment with stakeholder opinions

[7:32 pm] Stakeholder Medrith expressed concerns with several empty lots.  My concern is the volume of people constantly moving, and moving trucks blocking streets and furniture constantly being dumped.
