1. Review the outreach calendar and assign tasks to being executing the plan. 
2. Discussion on proposed Outreach Spend outlined for the remainder of the fiscal year, and possible action to approve in preparation for anticipated board action to approve on Jan 29th 2026. 
3. Discussion and possible action and approval of mailers for addresses within WANC boundaries. 
3. Discussion and possible action on approving designs for merchandise to distribute during meetings. 
4. Discussion on planned community listening session for stakeholders and local businesses to kick off 2026.
