[6:31 pm] Agenda item #6 ERAS program ordinance update. City Council passed motion on 11/30/2020, council file 20-0401 to ensure that ERAS applicants or their landlord will receive direct payments to cover rent. (Kraus) Edit

[6:32 pm] Agenda item #7 Making sure future Committee actions do not overlap with other LFNC committees’ subject-matter areas (Nuni) LFNC Executive Committee addressed potential committee overlap and asks chairs to emulate the committee assignments of the city council (as close as is practicably possible) to keep an eye on other committees' agendas and, in the case of a conflict or question, inform the president who will attempt to resolve the matter. Ask Executive Committee (?) to better manage what possible overlapping CISs will be discussed at multiple committees. Also put a cap on # of governing board members sitting on committees. (Jon O.) Allocate funding to support tenants on the brink of homelessness and unhoused individuals to access services and housing. Prioritizing affordable housing development as part of Nithya's platform. Discuss city zoning plans in committee; propose motions to CD4. Review Hollywood Community Plan. Safe Parking sites? Homelessness committee has been discussing.
