The motion was: Motion to postpone voting until the next Board Meeting to give Board Members who are ineligible to vote to complete trainings and be eligible to vote at the next meeting.

  • Noes (2): Jill Akahoshi and Eugene Harris
  • Ineligible (3): Norma Cruz, Margarita Lopez Garcia, and Sonia Alvarez Perez

The motion passed.
