[6:40 pm] Public Comment Its Electric - Curbside EV Let them know where they should bring the service too. Presented by Karen Coronel - Karen@itselectric.us Jennifer Smith - Complaint about not NPG not being approved by the board. - Suggestion to give a checklist of things needed for NPG. Didn't receive acknowledgment from the board the on letter received. Chris - Thanks board for providing NPG for an art program at senior center. Agrees with Jennifer Smith on NPG process. Karim - Buckingham between 28th & 29th. Concerned about ED1 Building approved by mayors office. There block is high traffic. Kimberly - Same concern about the ED1 Building on Buckingham. There is no parking and did not receive the letter about the new development. Robin - Concerns about communication regarding NPG Edit

[6:58 pm] Johnathan Mitchell of CD10 - City is trying to build up affordable housing to help stop displacement. ED1 is 100% affordable housing Grid Report - A lot of Bulky items Graffiti uptick in the area. The police have to catch them in the act. Do not approach them just call the police. Homelessness - Not many encampments in the area. CD10 recently cleaned up Jefferson and la brea encampment. Juneteenth Event at Lemerit park plaza 11 Edit
