New Business 6a. Introduction, discussion, and possible approval of a WANC Resolution to defend the collective First Amendment rights of WANC and its board members and officers, in advocating on behalf of neighborhood concerns. --- The Declaration’s position is to disagree with the interpretation of the L.A. City Attorney’s Office that Neighborhood Councils are forbidden from either taking a position or advocating to non-city entities. Tess Taylor, GTLNC president, may attend our meeting to present the Declaration. 6b.
