[6:40 pm] Meeting called to order. Quintus Jett presiding. Edit

[6:44 pm] Brian Piatek - Has been walking the neighborhood creating 411 tickets for various complaints in the neighborhood. As Treasure Purchases that were authorized in the last 2 months has not been purchased due to personal conflicts. Brian needs to check with Board Members if they want contact numbers on the their cards and if so which ones. Edit

[7:00 pm] Quintus - Working on scheduling new locations for meetings the shift of our recs into the western region park and recs district. The change creates more paperwork for the rec centers if the room request is within 2 weeks. Johnathan M & Quintus connecting about Taste of Soul. This year we have been offered the opportunity to have half of a table. No Education or Outreach Meeting for past 2 months. Public Safety is still waiting on response from CD10 in regards to a June 2024 Traffic Report Request. Edit

[7:13 pm] Land Use - Formal Request for change in Standing Rules that authorizes land use to approve cannabis renewals. Rules - Connye would like us to have a review of the bylaws What committee should be responsible for elections? Edit

[7:16 pm] Attendance & Training Updates - Many Members are missing trainings or have been absent. Discussion to remove executive committee members for non attendance based on the WANC bylaws and standing rules. Edit

[7:25 pm] Outreach - Exploring how to get information out about local events. Edit
