[6:41 pm] Board Member Piatek - Would like to know what the success rate is for filling Youth Rep seats Edit

[6:46 pm] Board Member Jett - Would like to make the board aware of brown Act-compliant communication and communication with other government entities. Edit

[6:48 pm] Board member Jett Reports that 5 Board Members are not up to date on training - Dawson missing 4 - Dujon is missing 1 - Meeks is missing funding training and gender expression - Valdez is missing anti-bias training - Piateks Ethics will expire - Robinson is missing Gender Expression - Valdez is a member of the public safety committee but has not been attending - Dujon hasn't been to outreach meetings or attended Edit

[6:58 pm] The Land Use Committee meeting will occur on Thursday 12/12 from 6:30p - 8p @ Vineyard Recreation. The Outreach Committee meeting will occur on Wednesday 12/11 from 6:30 - 8p via Zoom. Edit

[7:21 pm] Board Member Lynch suggested that we discuss with the board the possibility of providing emails to Stakeholder members of standing committees. Also suggest updating the standing rules to include a mandatory training for all standing committees stakeholder cochairs Edit

[7:39 pm] Elections are coming up. How do we get the messaging out ? Collaboration with CD10 and Mayor's Office Edit
