[6:39 pm] Public Comment: Stake Holder Brian Piatek Asked IF THE COMMITTEE COULD PUT TOGETHER A REPORT OF IMPACT SB79 which increases density and allows MTA to fund or build properties on their unused land. Dipti: so many empty spots in our neighborhood wants to know why and what business development is in process. We don’t have a lot of parks or library.
