[6:39 pm] Public Comment: Stake Holder Brian Piatek Asked IF THE COMMITTEE COULD PUT TOGETHER A REPORT OF IMPACT SB79 which increases density and allows MTA to fund or build properties on their unused land. Dipti: so many empty spots in our neighborhood wants to know why and what business development is in process. We don’t have a lot of parks or library. [7:32 pm] Stakeholder Medrith expressed concerns with several empty lots. My concern is the volume of people constantly moving, and moving trucks blocking streets and furniture constantly being dumped. Editar
