Review, discussion, and recommendations concerning WANC’s outreach and social media policy communications, including but not limited to: Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor, and website calendar. c. Review, discussion, and recommendations concerning EmpowerLA provided outreach guides, including but not limited to Awareness & Engagement Guides for NCs (Neighborhood Councils), Every Door Direct Mail/Bulk Mail guide for NCs, NC Outreach Action Plan, and How to Use Canva Guide, etc. d. Review, discussion, and recommendations concerning WANC’s hosting, co-sponsoring, or participating outreach in events, including but not limited to: community forums, and in-person vs zoom events.

a. Discussion and board committee decision of WANC outreach chair. b. Starter discussion towards ongoing committee recommendation for FY2025-26 Amended Budget item of $7,590.23 Neighborhood Council wide Promotion and Sign Up of Stakeholders, which includes but not limited to review of existing promotional items (cards, posters), potentially new promotiona lsign up items, and other support dedicated to WANC community outreach and engagement. c. Discussion and committee recommendation for WANC board and stakeholder participation in Council District 10 provided table at annual Taste of Soul event (Saturday, October 18, 10am-7pm) https://lasentinel.net/taste-of-soul-2025 d. Discussion and committee recommendation for WANC board and stakeholder participation in Council District 10’s Día de los Muertos festival block party (Saturday, November 1, 2025; West Adams Blvd between Spaulding and Hauser Aves). e. Discussion and committee recommendation for WANC board and stakeholder participation in Vineyard Recreation Center’s Halloween Event (Friday, October 31).
