[6:36 pm] 3a. email campaign - for next meeting and welcome email. adding in some information to the reminder email. Getting something up and running 1x per week. Always something going on Events - making sure they are within our boundaries and including our maps in most of our communications. Discussion on communication types - Homeowners, Renters, Businesses, Community Interest. Target, Baby2Baby, See's Candy. Partnership with LiveWestAdams , WestAdams Friends and Neighbors Group ( item b) , Jace is managing the FB account for West Adams, and we should bring this over to the committee Starbucks just closed in our area. Block clubs, a bunch of people who work together on things Edit

[6:48 pm] Everyone sends ideas to the outreach - also ask board and stakeholders to send ideas for community events. Edit

[6:52 pm] Ideas around things like new restaurants at Cumulus , Recreation Centers, Librarys, Schools, and adding things to the calendar Edit

[6:59 pm] WANC’s hosting, co-sponsoring, or participating outreach in events. Work on a list of what these items are in each bucket to get some movement on this. Edit

[7:01 pm] Civic U - More deliberate meetings on specific topics - people coming and speaking, having a panel and hosting those types of events. something on Land Use could be a good option. Maybe SB 79 . Public Business Meetings vs. Meetings discussions Edit

[7:11 pm] What materials do we want to create for the neighborhood. Maybe Hats or T-Shirts and Banners to show the boundaries. $7,500 . Think of something that is useful to do and then we can do it. What is the end goal of the idea and do a couple things well instead of too many things OK. Edit
