Welcome and Roll Call of Committee Members (Reyes,Gilbert, Jett, Ramierz)

a.Review and discuss WANC area communications and messaging, including but not limited to NC-wide walkthrough and mailing cards/flyers along with digital/social media methods. b. Review the Outreach FY2025-2026 budget and discuss possible further clarifying and modi- fying amendments.
3. New Business
a. Review and discuss the Outreach calendar and assign tasks. b. Plan Community listening sessions / open forums in March 2026 – June 2026
