Anticipated motion: Approve the minutes of the July 12, 2021 board meeting.
8b. Approve the June MER
Anticipated motion: Approve the Monthly Expenditure Report for June 2021.
8c. Approve the July MER
Anticipated motion: Approve the Monthly Expenditure Report for July 2021.
8d. Approve the August MER
Anticipated motion: Approve the Monthly Expenditure Report for August 2021.
8e. Amend typographical error in bylaws
Anticipated motion: Amend article VI, section 2(A)(5) of the bylaws by replacing "Ex-official" with "Ex-officio".
8f. Amend the committee quorum
Anticipated motion: Amend the language in Article VII, Section 3(B) to reduce ad hoc committee quorum to a majority of committee members.
8g. Self-affirmation
Anticipated motion: Amend the Bylaws article X, Section 4 to read "Voters will verify their Stakeholder status through self-affirmation."
8h. Bylaws: remove internal boarders
Anticipated motion: Amend the bylaws to remove the internal boundaries for residential seats.
8i. Instant runoff
Anticipated motion: Amend the bylaws to implement instant runoff elections.

Anticipated motion: Appoint Sarah Serrano to the vacant neighborhood 6 seat which term will end on June 2022

Anticipated motion: Appoint Kamal Hassan to the vacant business tenant seat which term will end on June 2022
10a. East Hollywood Farmer's Market NPG
Anticipated motion: Approve a Neighborhood Purpose Grant up to $2,000 for the East Hollywood Farmers’ Market.
