6.g.	Appoint Anthony Conley as the HSDNC Board treasurer.
6.h.	Appoint Quenton Richards as the Alternate signer.
6.i.	Adopt the Strategic Plan developed by the Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee.
6.j.	Adopt the Outreach Plan developed by the Outreach Committee Chair.
6.f.	Support the Hollywood Slow Street Phase 2 project as presented by LADOT and draft a letter in support of the project.
7.a.	Approve the Monthly Expenditure Report for March 2022.
