Board Member waited and then said, “time” and looked at the President who told the Vice President that his two minute were up to which he replied, “I don’t care” and continued reading , when President again tried to tell him that he had gone over his time he said “do not do this to me," continued on until finished and sat down. Treasurer (Wil Negrete gave his report), Land Use Committee Chair (Jay Stern) gave Land Use Committee Report, Outreach Committee Chair (Juan Curiel) gave Outreach Committee report, Rules Committee Chair (Jill Akahoshi) gave Rule Committee report.
