[7:11 pm] 3400 Block of chesapeake worried about parking with new 66 unit building that has no parking Report from Johnathan Mitchell New Jefferson & Hillcrest there is a new cross walk due to resident. LAPD has to catch graffiti artist in the act in order for them to be charged. Edit
