[6:54 pm] From DONE - 2 people have expired ethics - can't vote , and funding training might not be updated on the website. Daniel Johnson will help sort though funding so we can vote. Edit

The motion was: Approval to switch WANC’s mailing address near La Brea and Washington to a mailing address at the UPS Store (Zip Code 90016) within our boundary area near La Cienega and Jefferson not to exceed $525 per year

[7:12 pm] 5b discussion - 300 pre rollover, now its going to be $525. Issue and why we have to move it is because someone who isn't on the board anymore is assigned as the owner of the address. Only one person can be added so this is an issue. We want to have an address within our boundaries that is more accessible. 24h access will be at the new address. Mail will also be stored at the counter for easy access Edit

The motion was: Approval of UmeWorks’ continuation as our FY2026-2027 vendor for website hosting, software licensing, and updates NTE $1,200 annually.
