Board member begins meeting and does a roll call for the board members on the Council.
Anticipated motion: Move forward.
2. Project: Buford and Co. on 5th
Mixed-use development with 10% affordable units with 2% ELI and 2,000sf of ground-floor retail.
Anticipated motion: Motion for discussion and to provide a letter of support or to not support the project.
3. Adjourn
