[6:41 pm] John Logsdon - Running for Mayor and apart of NC's in Westchester - mental health, unhoused, and safety . Also only candidate in entertainment in LA. Edit

[6:56 pm] Jonathan from CD 10 - spoke on his report that was shared with the council as well as on the Costco opening in Baldwin Hills. Camp Hutt application is open. Email Jonathan with any questions coming up. Edit

[6:57 pm] DONE - Erica g. Doughty - Events -> social media for NC's, Federal Gov't is enforcing accessibility requirements but this was extended by 1 year . Youth expo in May. Registration for Empower LA youth conference with 1 person from our area, budget day is Sat June 27th at City Hall. Newsletter -> last Monday the Mayor put out the budget - NC system is being protected - 2 positions with neighborhood empowerment saved, $128k available for NC outreach and vote by mail $$ as well and elections will happen. $25k NC budget is staying the same w/ $10k rollover in place. $60k in translation support. Budget & Finance committee is meeting so a good time to advocate. Edit

[7:06 pm] Reports from Board Members 1. Ernesto - Piccala restaurant at Cumulus @ La Cienega and Jefferson , opening tomorrow. 2. Xochitl is going to the safety fair on Saturday 3. Connye - make sure everyone comes out to vote . ER initative for emergency services ( city and county), initiative on the ballot for sales tax for lighting/solar lighting, 4. Julio - Karoke event this saturday holy ground ( adams and harcourt) this weekend 4874 West Adams at 7PM 5. Edit
